Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of startupiinvest.com and every booking request you send through it. Ukrainian law applies.
1. Seller identification
startupiinvest.com, private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU code 48367134, Suite 301, 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Email: contact@startupiinvest.com, phone: +380 506 644 2859. Legal representative: Martin Roth, Managing Director. This information is given before any order, as required by the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Commerce» No. 675-VIII, Article 7.
2. A request is not a confirmed rental
Submitting the form creates a booking request only. No rental contract arises until we confirm availability in writing and you accept the final terms. Photographs, descriptions and availability indicators are indicative until that confirmation.
3. Price, conditions and eligibility
Prices include applicable taxes and mandatory fees. Before you confirm we disclose the full conditions: deposit, insurance, mileage and fuel rules, plus driver age and licence requirements. You must be at least 18, hold a valid licence of the required category and meet the stated age limits. Site claims are accurate and identifiable as advertising under the Law of Ukraine «On Advertising» No. 270/96-VR.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellation and withdrawal terms, and their exceptions, are shown before you confirm the order, as required by the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» No. 1023-XII.
5. Liability
We are liable as provided by Ukrainian law and are not liable for indirect loss or for interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@startupiinvest.com or +380 506 644 2859; we reply within 30 days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court (Law No. 1023-XII).
7. Personal data and cookies
We are the controller of the name, phone number, email and booking data you submit. We use it to handle your request on the basis of your consent and contract performance, keep it no longer than necessary and share it only with named processors. You may access, correct or erase your data and withdraw consent under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» No. 3153-IX. Non-essential cookies are set only with prior consent under the Law of Ukraine «On Electronic Communications» No. 543-IX; see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
