Route-fit method

Choose by route, not guesswork

Every quote starts with three inputs: how far you drive, how much you carry, and how you prefer to drive. Distance, luggage and driving preference are scored together, so a compact car that suits a short city hop is never offered for a long cross-country run with four bags.

  1. 01 · Distance band

    Range sets the class

Under 150 km, compact and economy cars score highest. Between 150 and 400 km the score shifts toward comfort and highway stability. Beyond 400 km we weight fuel economy, seat support and the included mileage allowance before anything else.

    Weight: highest

  2. 02 · Luggage

    Bags decide the body type

Cabin-only trips stay in the small class. Two checked bags move the score to sedans and estates. Four bags or sports equipment needs a larger boot and, when the rear seats fold, a vehicle where the load is listed as confirmed rather than estimated.

    Weight: equal

  3. 03 · Driving preference

    Transmission and trim break ties

Economy, comfort or automatic are applied after the first two scores, never instead of them. They settle vehicles that are otherwise equal on range and load, and they stay visible in the fit label so you can see why one row sits above another.

    Weight: tie-breaker

What the fit label does not promise

  • One-way city-to-city rentals are subject to availability and a disclosed drop-off fee, shown before you confirm.
  • A deposit or payment card pre-authorization may apply, and the hold appears in the fee breakdown.
  • A fit label describes suitability, not a confirmed final price. See how estimates are caveated.

Next: the booking steps

Booking sequence

From route request to agent confirmation

Every request follows the same five steps. Distance, luggage and driving preference are checked before any vehicle is offered, so the estimate you receive matches the trip you described.

  1. 01

    Send the route request

Add pickup and return cities, travel dates, luggage and driving preference. The system derives the distance band and marks whether the trip is one-way.

    About 2 minutes

  2. 02

Match the route to a vehicle

An agent checks one-way availability, the included mileage allowance and the drop-off city rule, then returns a shortlist with a total estimate for each option.

    Same business day

  3. 03

    Review mandatory charges

The estimate separates the rental rate, any disclosed one-way drop-off fee and optional extras. A deposit or payment card pre-authorization may apply.

    Before you confirm

  4. 04

    Prepare driver documents

Driving licence, ID or passport and the payment card must match the named driver. Age and licence-holding requirements are stated in writing before confirmation.

    At confirmation

  5. 05

    Receive written agent confirmation

Your confirmation lists the pickup point, fuel policy, mileage allowance and support contact. The displayed estimate is not a confirmed final price until this message is issued.

    Email and phone

One-way city-to-city rentals are subject to availability and a disclosed drop-off fee. Review the fee structure before you commit.

Driver requirements

Who can take the keys

Five checks are applied to every booking before a vehicle is released, whether the trip runs Kyiv to Lviv or a short hop to Bila Tserkva. All of them happen before pickup, so nothing surfaces at the counter.

Documents must be presented in person by the main driver. Photocopies are not accepted.

  1. 01

    Minimum age

At least 21 years old for compact and economy classes. Categories above compact require a driver of 25 or older. Age is checked against the licence date of birth, not the booking form.

    21+ / 25+
  2. 02

    Full driving licence

A valid full licence held for at least two years, with no more than one active endorsement. Where the licence is not printed in Latin script, carry an international driving permit alongside the original.

    2+ years
  3. 03

    Photo ID or passport

The name on the ID must match the driving licence exactly. Cross-border drop-off and airport handovers always require a passport rather than a national ID card.

    Name match
  4. 04

    Payment card

A card in the main driver's name is required at pickup. A deposit or payment card pre-authorization may apply, released after the vehicle is returned and inspected. The estimate shown online is not a confirmed final price.

    Driver's name
  5. 05

    Rental agreement approval

The agreement is signed at handover. Approval may be declined if documents do not match, if a licence is expired, or if the declared route conflicts with the vehicle class booked.
