Rental Terms

These terms apply to every rental booked here and appear before you confirm an order.

1. Lessor and scope

The lessor is startupiinvest.com, private entrepreneur (PE), EDRPOU 48367134, Suite 301, 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; contact@startupiinvest.com; +380 506 644 2859 — Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, стаття 7.

2. Driver and vehicle

Drivers must be at least 23, hold a licence valid for two years or more, and present a passport, licence and a payment card in the renter's name at pick-up. Vehicle class, fuel policy and mileage limit appear before you confirm.

3. Price, deposit and payment

The total price, including taxes and mandatory fees, is shown before confirmation. A refundable deposit is pre-authorised on your card; the amount and deductible appear at checkout (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII).

4. Insurance, mileage and fees

Third-party liability is included. Damage waiver, theft cover, deductible and exclusions are listed before booking. Late return, extra mileage, cleaning, fuel and cross-border fees are itemised; cross-border travel needs prior approval.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up; later cancellation or a no-show may be charged one rental day. Withdrawal terms and exceptions are provided before you confirm the order (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII).

6. Advertising, complaints and supervision

Prices, availability and vehicle descriptions are accurate and omit no material condition (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР). Complaints: contact@startupiinvest.com, answered within 30 days; you may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court.

7. Personal data and cookies

We are the controller of name, phone, email, licence and payment data, processed to perform the rental; retention and your rights are in the Privacy Policy. Non-essential cookies require prior consent (Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 543-IX; Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3153-IX).
